Pages inside pages, as deep as you need
Start with one page and nest the rest under it. The sidebar shows the whole tree, and you drag pages to reorder or move them. Type / to add any block.
- Headings, to-dos, toggles, callouts, quotes, code, tables and dividers
- Type @ to link another page. That page lists yours under Linked from
- Cmd+K finds any page by its title or by words inside it
- An emoji icon, a cover and a sans, serif or mono font per page

Databases
One list of tasks, five ways to look at it
A database is a set of pages with properties on top. Show it as a table, a board, a list, a calendar or a gallery, and give each view its own sort, filter and hidden columns.
- Text, number, select, multi-select, status, date, checkbox, URL and email properties
- Board view groups cards by status or by any select property
- Calendar view places each row on its date
- Open a row and write in it like any other page

AI that reads your notes
Ask a question, get the page it came from
Ask your workspace searches the pages you can read and answers with numbered sources, so you can check every line. In the editor, select text and have it summarised, shortened, translated or turned into action items.
- Draft a whole page from one sentence, then edit it like your own
- Insert, replace or discard every suggestion. Nothing changes until you choose
- 30 AI actions per person per day on the free plan
When does the pricing test start?
The pricing test starts on 1 November and needs two full weeks of traffic1. Lea is writing the test plan, due Friday1. The roadmap lists it under Q4 growth work2.

How it works
From a blank page to a shared one
- 01
Describe it or pick a template
Type what the page is for, like "kickoff notes for the website relaunch", or open a template. You get real blocks and databases, not a wall of text.
- 02
Write and organise
Edit the draft, nest pages under it, link them with @ and turn lists into databases with board and calendar views.
- 03
Ask and share
Ask your workspace when you need an answer. Send a link to your team, or publish the page for everyone.
